The HorseThief Reservoir Benefit District board, managers of the park, will offer a wide range of recreational opportunities—camping, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, wildlife observation, and boating, to name just a few.

Camping areas, however, will not be open until the Fall of 2010.
